Respecting each other's time
Missed or cancelled appointments are costly for manual therapists and prevent us from providing therapeutic care to another patient who is in need of relief from pain and tension.
Missed Appointments
When you book an appointment, that time is set aside for you - and ONLY you. I never double book and try to always be ready for you when you arrive. In return, I only ask that you show up for your appointment on time.
The missed policy is as follows: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked. Payments can be made via the "Purchase Online" option on my website OR via e-transfer.
Cancellations
The cancellation policy is as follows: In the event that you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment with me, please contact me by phone or email at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not reach me by phone, please leave a message on my voicemail system. Failure to do that will incur full payment of your treatment as booked. Payments can be made via the "Purchase Online" option on my website OR via e-transfer.
